Returns & Refund Policy

Returns Eligibility

Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 14 days.
Customer is responsible for return delivery cost unless item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If faulty/damaged, we will replace, repair, or refund the item in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act.

Installed/Used Equipment

Installed or used water treatment systems may not be returned unless faulty.

Refund Processing

Refunds processed within 7-10 working days after item inspection.
